God Alone - Part 5 of 5

"The Unmovable Rock"
David Green is the founder of Hobby Lobby. I have been blessed to meet members of the Green family, and indeed, they are a remarkable family who has personally inspired me.
In the mid-1980s, Hobby Lobby encountered severe financial difficulties, bringing the company to the brink of bankruptcy. Green has shared how this season of life tested his faith and resilience.
Green credits his faith as the foundation of his life and business decisions. He said, "If you have anything or if I have anything, it's because it's been given to us by our Creator." Like David Green, we all need a firm foundation in our lives.
Throughout scripture, the rock represents strength, stability, and enduring refuge. Psalm 46 declares God our “refuge and strength,” and Hebrews confirms He’ll never leave or forsake us. Imagine standing on a vast, immovable rock amidst the storms of life, your feet firmly grounded.
This is who God is—your unshakeable foundation, the ground that cannot be moved. Let His strength be your confidence today, the place where you stand secure and unshaken, no matter what comes.
Sometimes life can feel like walking through sinking sand. Nothing seems certain or dependable. In times like these, it is God alone who provides the firm foundation we need in our lives.
God is the rock on which you stand—solid, unbreakable, and forever faithful.
As you conclude this journey through God Alone, may you carry with you a renewed sense of God’s unfailing presence. Each day has shown a unique facet of His protection, care, and sovereignty.
These symbols—the shield, the eye, the anchor, the guiding light, and the rock—reveal a God who is intimately involved in every aspect of your life.
He isn’t distant or disinterested; He is present, powerful, and actively at work, guiding, protecting, and holding you close.
Let these truths root deeply within you. In every high and low, God alone is your constant. When you feel uncertain, remember that you are never unseen, undefended, or alone.
Stand firm in His promises, find strength in His care, and walk forward in the confidence that the God who loves you also holds you, unshakable and unbreakable.
In all things, trust in God Alone.
